For makeup applications, please have clean skin with no makeup applied.

Your service includes a full makeup application with your choice of traditional or airbrush foundation, lashes, and the look of your choice.

Unlike traditional makeup, airbrush makeup is applied as a fine mist, allowing it to blend evenly on the skin. It provides your preferred level of coverage, from sheer to opaque, while helping to minimize the appearance of skin imperfections. The result is a beautiful, natural finish. Airbrush makeup does not add extra time to your appointment and is included as an option during your service.

Each professional Makeup Artist carries the products they love to work with and that reflect their style. During hiring, our leadership team interviews and technically tests Artisans for professional product use, kit cleanliness, and safety. WPI Beauty Artisans carry a variety of professional-grade, high-quality, long-lasting products.

To prepare for your service, please have clean, wet hair for a blowout or clean, dry hair for an updo or downstyle. Hair must be dry for an updo or downstyle.

Blowout: Service includes a round brush and/or flat brush blow-dry only. Please have clean, wet or damp hair when we arrive. Service cost includes travel up to 30 miles. If parking is required at your location, it will be billed separately.

Blowout with Curls: Service includes a round brush and/or flat brush blow-dry plus curling. Please have clean, wet or damp hair when we arrive. Service cost includes travel up to 30 miles. If parking is required at your location, it will be billed separately.

Down Hairstyle: Service includes the down style of your choice, such as soft waves, beachy waves, or straight styling. Service is completed on clean, dry hair. No blow-drying, pinning, or braiding is included.

Updo: Service includes the up style of your choice. Hair is styled from clean, dry hair. No blow-drying is included.

Unlike contracted wedding-day beauty services, our Beauty On-Demand services do not include gratuity. If your WPI Artisan provided an amazing experience, gratuity is always appreciated. You may provide it in cash on-site or ask us to add it to your online invoice.

Yes. While we do have a few requirements, such as access to power outlets, natural or manufactured lighting, a table for setup, and a chair for the client, we can often work outdoors. We have met clients at outdoor photoshoots, branding shoots, corporate events, restaurants, bars, event venues, and even in the back seat of Ubers and limos.

Each service is scheduled for up to 60 minutes. In the event of a timing overage, the client will be charged $75 per hour.

For locations beyond 30 miles from zip codes 55403, 60611, and 32218, a mileage charge of $0.80 per mile round trip will be added to your invoice.

If parking fees apply at your location, our Artisan will submit the receipt and we will bill you after the appointment. For the safety of our Artisans, valet or ramp parking will be used when available, in accordance with our company policy. If your location is a residential home or is not in a downtown hotel area, the Artisan will use street parking, a driveway, or other free parking options when available.

Each hairstylist’s kit contains a blow dryer, flat iron, several curling irons, brushes of varying sizes, and styling products. Each Makeup Artist’s kit is individually curated to include a range of skincare and makeup products designed to create everything from natural to avant-garde beauty looks. Every kit is reviewed to ensure it meets our standards for quality and cleanliness. Our Artisans are all interviewed and technically tested for both skill and sanitation.

For Beauty On-Demand services, you are booking, paying for, and securing your Artisan’s time in advance. Because we are often unable to rebook same-day cancellations, cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

WarPaint International reserves the right to stop or refuse service to any person who becomes verbally, emotionally, or physically abusive. We also reserve the right to stop or refuse service to anyone with an open sore, rash, medical skin condition, or other condition that could expose the Artisan to sickness, disease, or risk. No refund will be given in these situations. When applicable, please make sure your driveway and sidewalk are clear of snow or debris so our Artisan can safely reach your entrance. If you have pets, especially large dogs, please ensure they are managed safely during your service to prevent accidents or damage. We request that pets be crated or kept in a secure area of your home.
