What makes your artistry unique?: Everyone's art is unique in its own right but for me I like to find uniqueness within the features of each client and compliment them. Specific colors and shapes to compliment each unique face. Bold eyes and a buttery smooth base is my primary method!
What inspires you? Colors, realism, textures. I have a big niche for special effects makeup. Classic movies inspire me such as the color palette in “Eternal Sunshine” and the makeup work in the new movie “X”.
Style Icon: As far as makeup style icons go, Howard Berger for sure. Specifically with his work in “Evil Dead 2” and “Scream”. Beauty makeup wise Danessa Myricks inspires me, her brand and makeup style are unmatched.
Hobbies/Interests: On the rare occasion that I am not doing anything makeup related I like to go to the movie theatre to see the current trends in the film industry that are making history. Specifically horror movies to see the special effects work… yeah makeup pretty much consumes my life.
